Los Angeles, CA based Electronica band DiipSilence released new single titled, “The Apocalypse.”
The song describes a lonely spirit that is wondering among a wasteland; which incorporates both acoustic and electronic instrumentations. The sound of this tune is a forward-thinking exploration of various styles, including Dubstep and orchestral music. The song could almost be described as progressive since it has different sections and shape-shifting segments that allow for a complete change of the sonic scenery!
The first half of this song is under an orchestral flow with a female vocal sang by DiipSilence, to add a voice definition of the scene and atmosphere in terms of production. On the other hand, the second half is a twist of the acoustic vibe into a Dubstep electronic rhythm climax. With the main vocal twisted into a robotic screaming sound, the synth melodies are warm and present sharp without overpowering the rhythm’s ebb and flow.
The song is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Bandcamp, Deezer, Google Play and Amazon Music. You can stream it by clicking here.
