French metal band Disconnected released the official music video for their newest single "King of the World" on March 4, 2022. The track is available to stream on all streaming platforms and to purchase on the iTunes Store.
“This song definitely explores a theme that everybody can relate to. We've all met once in our lives this motherf¨¨r, this person that deeply thinks they're better than you, this person that has a power over you. This song is for all of those who think that they are stuck in that inferior position to another, this song is like a scream in a silent night of submission," the band commented about the track.
They continued, "There's always a way to overcome despair. If you dare to try, maybe the fear will change sides. Once again it's about self-respect, and believing in your own strength. 'King of the World,' wherever you are, whoever you might be, there's a storm coming for you!"
Disconnected's newest and sophomore release "We Are Disconnected" is due out soon (first half of 2022). In the meantime, the band also confirmed their appearance at 2022 Hellfest and 2022 Wacken Open Air. More tour dates to be announced.
