TAYLOR MCCLUSKEY RELEASES HEAVY ROCK ANTHEM "GLADIATOR"

Montreal based rock artist TAYLOR MCCLUSKEY returns with the release of an anthemic heavy rock single called "Gladiator." Produced by Glen Robinson (KEITH RICHARDS, GEORGE MARTIN), the new song is available on streaming services, and an accompanying live video can be viewed now.

Commenting on the song, MCCLUSKEY states:

"'Gladiator' is about the feeling I get being an artist. The competitive nature of the industry means constantly proving to the audience how strong you are mentally, physically and spiritually in order to keep the dream alive, continue the hunt and to conquer my goals."

MCCLUSKEY's latest single melds elements of alternative, desert, grunge and a dash of alt-metal, emitting influences of acts like Queens of the Stone Age, The Black Keys and Helmet for a sonically mesmerizing rock radio anthem. The song follows previously released tracks, "Bulletproof" and "Stay With Me," which will be featured on his next full-length album.

TAYLOR MCCLUSKEY is a Montreal based (By way of Sacramento, CA) musician, filmmaker and actor who’s appeared in films like Transformers: Dark of the Moon and Star Trek (2009) and TV shows. As a musician, he is the founding member of The Maddest Of Madmen and The MFICs and has made four solo albums, the most recent being 2020’s Star God.

MCCLUSKEY and Glen Robinson, producer and fellow member of The MFICs, recorded, mixed and mastered "Stay With Me" studio and live versions as well as the recently released singles “Young Blood and “Bulletproof” from his upcoming album. The two were joined by The MFICs' members Andrew James and Zak St. John who performed bass and drums, respectively, on the tracks.
