“Te Recordaré”, new LP from TRDP

The Resilient Dream Project, a project led by Chilean guitarist and keyboardist Iván Ramírez (ex Crystal Soul, ex Magnalucius), has just released its new work entitled “Te Recordaré”, an album that only has three songs, but totals 48 minutes of music and 20 guest musicians.

This new production is the successor to “La Espera Acabó”, an album released in 2022 where Iván already proved to be one of the greatest instrumentalists of Latin American progressive power metal. Some of his companions are repeated on this occasion, such as Felipe del Valle (Drake, Dolezall, ex Delta) on vocals, Benjamín Lechuga and Claudio Cordero on guitars; and Rainer Hemmelmann on bass. But there are also new guests such as vocalists Pamela Calvo “Iris”, Fernanda “Fuza” Bajas (Halekin), Felipe Reyes (Intrascendence), Rodrigo Bravo (Bravelord) and Paulo Domic (ex Inquisición, ex Witchblade, Queenmilk and others).

“This is a conceptual album and describes, in 3 full-length tracks, the emotions associated with the grieving process when you lose a loved one and the emotions associated with loneliness. For example, in the first song that gives the album its title, the protagonists are a family that suffers an accident at sea, where the father sacrifices himself to save his wife and daughter,” says Iván Ramírez, leader of the project.

The tracklist for “Te Recordaré” is as follows:

1.- Te Recordaré

2.- Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U.)

3.- Hikikomori

The album cover was designed by Chilean designer Boris Mena, while the songs were recorded at each guest’s home studio, except for the drums, which were recorded at Estudio La Madre, in the city of Concepción, Chile. The mixing and mastering was done by Chilean producer Juan Pablo Tapia Wetzig.
