The grunge gods Alice in Chains kicked off their first tour since 2019.
"It's been a long time," said guitarist Jerry Cantrell after the first song. You would've never guessed it by how totally tight this band is. Years of being together, I guess some would say it is like riding a bike. It's a insane amount of natural chemistry you get from playing together for decades.
Every time I have had the honor of seeing these men jam, it is the best live show I have ever seen. It's clear to see why they are rock royalty.
Alice in Chains is currently scheduled to tour across the U.S. alongside Breaking Benjamin and Bush for the next two months, before wrapping the trek in Mansfield, Mass., on Oct. 8.
