Louder Than Life returns to Louisville, KY on Sept 27 - 29th with a new location. The festival is now going to take place at the Highland Festival Grounds at KY Expo Center. Today fans of the festival were greeted this morning with the announcement of this years daily line-up.
Friday's line-up will be headlined by Slipknot and co-headlined by the return of Staind. Other bands that have been announced for Friday's line up is A Day To Remember, Chevelle, I Prevail, Architects, Beartooth, Motionless In White, Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals, GWAR, The Crystal Method, Graveyeard, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, New Years Day, All Them Witches, Crown Lands, Joyous Wolf and Dead Posey. More bands to be announced.
Saturday's line up will be headlined by Guns N' Roses and co-headlined by Godsmack. Other bands that have been announced for Saturday are Ice Cube, Halestorm, Dropkick Murphys, Stone Temple Pilots, Suicidal Tendencies, Melvins, Andrew WK, Badflower, Knocked Loose, Anti-Flag, Redd Kross, Parlor Mob, Like A Storm, Jelly Roll, Dirty Honey, DED, Junkbunny. More bands are set to be announced.
Sunday's line up will be headlined by Disturbed and co-headlined by Rob Zombie. Other bands that have been announced for Saturday are Marilyn Manson, Breaking Benjamin, Die Antwoord, Three Days Grace, Sum 41, Deadland Ritual, White Reaper, Demon Hunger HO9909, Angel Dust, Sick Puppies, Amigo The Devil, Fire From The Gods, Broken Hands, Anemic Royalty. More bands to be announced.
Louder Than Life will also feature the Kroger Big Bourbon Bar presented by The Courier Journal. Which features many Bourbons including but not limited to: Angel's Envy, Barrell Bourbon, Coopers' Craft, Old Forester, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, Elijah Craig, Jeptha Creed Four Grain Bourbon, Kentucky Peerless, Rebel Yell, Michter's, 1792 and Stone Hammer. If Bourbon isn't your thing, stop by the Heavy Tiki Bar presented by Jim Beam. Which features specialty island cocktails like a frozen daiquiri or rum punch.
