Intrascendence unleashes music video for 'Sintergy'
Inspired by the work of Jacobo Grinberg
Latin American progressive metal hopefuls, Intrascendence, have just dropped the music video for their latest single, 'Sintergy,' the fifth track from their self-titled debut album. The song is inspired by Jacobo Grinberg's "Syntergic Theory," exploring the relationship between consciousness, perception, and reality within a universal web of energy and emotion.

The music video was filmed on May 24th at Club Chocolate (Santiago, Chile) during the official album release show. Production was handled by Agencia Fonomatográfico (Cristian Barrel), with cinematography by Mauricio Platoni (Agencia Baco) and Elías Hernández. The final cut was edited by Dave Letelier, an international visual artist who has collaborated with genre heavyweights like Dream Theater, Epica, and Ayreon.
"We want the audience to experience not just a song, but a complete atmospheric, hypnotic, and sensory journey. For them to feel like they were part of a ritual, both an internal and a collective one", the band comments and adds: "We wanted to explore how the mind creates its experience of the world and, at the same time, how that experience transforms us". The video blends mystical, esoteric, and futuristic elements, reinforcing Intrascendence's all-encompassing artistic vision as they aim to expand their concept beyond music and break onto the international stage.
The album, "Intrascendence," is a concept piece that stands out for its emotional depth, compositional complexity, and polished production, helmed by Franco Gabelo (Gabelo Estudios) and Pancho Arenas (Estudios del Sur). The record is available now on all digital platforms, presenting a sound that moves from groove-laden passages to ambient soundscapes, all threaded together by a powerful and introspective narrative.

Intrascendence was born in 2019 from the creative partnership of guitarist and composer Rodrigo Del Canto and vocalist Felipe Reyes, who brought the project to life after a long musical hiatus. The lineup was later cemented with the addition of guitarist Omar Alvear, keyboardist Manuel Arriaza, América Paz on bass, and Martín Fénix on drums.
