VOSH Launches Pre-Order For New EP, 'Vault Vol. 1'Stream The Band's Cover Of Ozzy's "Shot In The Dark" Now!

DC's haunting gothic darkwave trio VOSH has revealed plans for a new EP titled Vault Vol. 1 to be released digitally and on limited edition vinyl in early 2025 (Date TBA) with Trash Casual.

Commenting on the record VOSH states:

"We wanted to encapsulate our live sound, creating a bookend to our first release. We recorded these songs in our basement and wanted to give people a better taste of what our live performance is like. These recordings are more raw and aggressive- a harder edge than Vessel."

Self-recorded live, the upcoming record features 8 new tracks, including a cover of Ozzy Osbourne's classic song "Shot In The Dark," which the band has unveiled today at MetalInjection.net.

VOSH was conceived in 2019 by vocalist Josephine Olivia (Blacksage) and drummer/synthesist/bassist Chris Moore (Repulsion). Together with guitarist Tim Bean, the band draws on influences of heavy metal, goth, industrial, darkwave and pop, crafting a dramatic, sensual sound that blends and bends genres.

The band's 2023 heralded, debut full-length, Vessel, features standout tracks like "Bleed As One," "Perfection," "Superstition" and "Pray," seething with alluring sexuality and hypnotic rhythm that would vibe on festival mainstages and in backalley erotic sanctuaries alike.
